2、Install IIS (Internet Information Services):

For Windows users only, follow these steps to install IIS through the Windows Features dialog box:

- Open PowerShell as Administrator (cmd.exe -> Run as administrator -> Enter PowerShell command prompt)

3、Install Visual Studio IDE:

Visual Studio is one of the most widely used Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) available today due to its comprehensive set of tools designed specifically for developing applications across various platforms including desktop apps, mobile apps/web apps, cloud solutions & more!

Download and install Visual Studio Community edition which includes everything needed such as C# language support along with debugging capabilities etc., but if budget constraints are present then consider opting out some premium features like Azure DevOps integration etcetera.

4、Install NuGet Package Manager:

NuGet is an open-source package manager created by Microsoft allowing developers to add, remove, update, and discover libraries and tools within projects written in multiple programming languages supported by .NET Framework/.NET Core.

5、Install Entity Framework Core:
